Appointments and Scheduling
-
Please arrive about 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to settle in, review any necessary information, and begin your session without feeling rushed.
-
Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so the next client’s appointment is not delayed. Arriving late may reduce your hands-on massage time, and the full service price will still apply.
-
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Emergency situations will be considered with care.

A light meal or snack is fine before your appointment, but it is best to avoid a large or heavy meal immediately beforehand. Allowing time to digest can help you feel more comfortable during your massage.
-
Please bring any information that may be helpful for your session, including details about recent injuries, medical conditions, medications, allergies, or areas of concern. Otherwise, everything needed for your massage will be provided.
-

-
Drink water, move gently, and allow yourself time to rest when possible. Mild tenderness can occasionally occur after deeper or more focused work, but significant or lasting discomfort should be reported to your healthcare provider.
