Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 15, 2026
Last Updated: September 10, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Still Hour Studio website and your purchase, scheduling, or receipt of services, gift cards, packages, and promotional offers. By using this website, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing from Still Hour Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated into them.
1. Appointments and Availability
Massage services are available by appointment only and are subject to availability. Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee that a particular technique, product, or area of focus will be appropriate. Services may be modified based on the client’s health information, comfort, safety, and the massage therapist’s professional judgment. Clients must provide accurate contact information and are responsible for reviewing appointment confirmations and reminders.
2. Deposits, Payments, and Prices
A deposit may be required to reserve an appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total price of the scheduled service. The remaining balance is due at the time of service unless another arrangement has been confirmed. Still Hour Studio accepts the payment methods displayed during scheduling or at the studio. Prices, service descriptions, availability, and promotional offers may change. Changes will not alter the price of an appointment that has already been confirmed unless the client requests a different service or session length. Gratuity is never required but is sincerely appreciated.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows
Appointments are subject to Still Hour Studio’s posted Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Deposits may be refunded, transferred, or forfeited as described in that policy. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled appointment. The massage will ordinarily end at the original time, and the full service price will apply. Arriving 20 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may cause the appointment to be treated as a missed appointment.
4. Client Intake and Health Information
Clients must provide accurate and complete information concerning health conditions, medications, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, allergies, skin sensitivities, and other circumstances that could affect massage therapy. Clients must notify Sarah of relevant changes before each appointment. Still Hour Studio may modify, postpone, or decline a service or request medical clearance when necessary for safety. Sensitive health information should be submitted through the designated intake process rather than ordinary email, social media, or the general contact form.
5. Massage Therapy Consent
Massage therapy is intended to support relaxation, reduce muscular tension, improve comfort, and promote general wellness. It is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment, and no particular outcome is guaranteed. Clients must complete or acknowledge Still Hour Studio’s Massage Therapy Consent before receiving services. Clients may request adjustments to pressure, positioning, draping, temperature, products, techniques, or areas addressed and may pause or end a session at any time.
6. Professional Conduct and Boundaries
Still Hour Studio provides professional, therapeutic massage only. Sexual conduct, sexual requests, harassment, threats, discrimination, intoxication, aggressive behavior, or other inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. Still Hour Studio may immediately end or decline a session for inappropriate conduct, safety concerns, professional-boundary violations, or circumstances outside the therapist’s scope of practice. When a session is ended because of client misconduct, the client may be responsible for the full service price and may be refused future appointments. Colorado massage therapists are governed by the state’s Massage Therapy Practice Act and professional requirements administered by the Colorado Division of Professions and Occupations.
7. Clients Under 18
Still Hour Studio currently accepts female clients who are at least 16 years old with parent or legal-guardian approval. A separate minor consent form must be completed, and the parent or guardian must be present when the appointment begins. The parent or guardian may remain in the massage room or, if comfortable with the minor receiving the massage alone with Sarah, wait in the Forest Park Collective lobby.
8. Gift Cards and Promotional Offers
Gift cards are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another person. They may be applied toward eligible services but cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Promotional discounts, coupons, and special offers are subject to their stated terms, dates, and eligibility requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers may not be combined or applied to previous purchases.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Still Hour Studio uses third-party providers for website hosting, scheduling, forms, payments, communications, maps, and related functions. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies. Still Hour Studio is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or independent practices of third-party websites or services.
10. Website Information and Intellectual Property
Website information is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated periodically. Still Hour Studio does not guarantee that every website description will always be complete, current, or error-free. Unless otherwise indicated, the website’s original text, branding, graphics, service names, photographs, and other content belong to Still Hour Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Still Hour Studio Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
12. Changes to These Terms
Still Hour Studio may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, policies, technology, or legal requirements. The revised terms will be posted with an updated date. Changes should apply prospectively. Material changes affecting an existing appointment or purchase should not be imposed retroactively unless required by law or accepted by the client.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
